Congratulations - Papillon Potpourri

This is a card that I made for my daughter's friend, who has just qualified as an accountant - well done Michelle!
Card:  Melon Mambo, Very Vanilla, Pink Pirouette, Daffodil Delight
DSP:  Sunshine and Sprinkles
Stamps:  Papillon Potpourri, Sprinkled Expressons (retired, SAB 2012)
Punches:  Postage Stamp, Bitty Butterfly
Inks:  Lucky Limeade, Melon Mambo, Pacific Point, Stazon Black
Embellishments:  Basic Rhinestones Jewels
Accessories:  Big Shot, Honeycomb Embossing Folder, SU Paper Trimmer, Tombow Liquid Glue
Tip:  I learnt this from my up-line, Sarah-Jane - place a pair of tweezers along the centre of the butterfly and fold the wings up.  This will then make a little flat piece to apply the glue to and enable you to place your rhinestones on a flat piece of card!
Inside the card I stamped 'Congratulations' from Curly Cute and added a couple of stamped butterflies.  I hope she likes it!

Triple Time Stamping - Creative Elements

Inks:  Crumb Cake, Early Espresso

Thinking of You

This is a card I have made for a friend who has had to go back into hospital to have her hip re-done. She is a wonderful lady who never complains, despite all the pain she has been in. I have tried to make some roses out of cardstock (which I saw on Pinterest) - I think they have been reasonably successful? Hope she likes it!

Inks: Basic Gray, Blushing Bride, Wild Wasabi
Accessories: Big Shot; Framelits - Labels Collection; Edgelits - Adorning Accents; Textured Impressions Embossing Folders - Adorning Accents; Sizzlits Dies - Little Leaves; Tombow Adhesive; Dimensionals; Basic Pearl Jewels; Quilling tool (non SU).
